This darling dress has two collar options, a Peter Pan as is shown in the photos on the link page (link below), or a large round Bertha. The collars can each be used alone, together with the Peter Pan on top of the Bertha, or you can take a slightly larger seam and make two sizes to double up the layers. A very cute design option. Large puffed sleeves are set to a wide lower band. The circle skirt is slightly shorter than the attached ruffled petticoat.
